Cancer Awareness Day

On Wednesday 25th October, QIPS hosted a wonderful day event to promote awareness for Breast Cancer. Among the many events taking place, held and organised by staff and pupils, were raffle, games, face painting and food stalls. The event was in partnership with the Oman Cancer Association and further sponsored by the Crowne Plaza hotel (Qurum), bucket and bucket, Sama (Al Areesh Desert Camp), Sama (Wakan Heritage Homes and Ice Cream Beauty Bar.

The school raised 366 OMR, which will go to charities to raise awareness for this illness. The event was promoted and arranged by our Head of Science and Deputy Principal for Primary, Ms Maryam Al-Harthy.
